Clean great value hotel with a great pool and a pleasant location not far from downtown area, restaurant, gas and grocery store right across the street, the airport and restaurant. A special thanks to the employees with the manager. The easy check-in process too.

Very attentive and attentive staff always on hand. The comfortable and absolutely perfect location for the price, just off airport terminal, White Water training center and free shuttle to-&-from airport.

I visited the nearby Carolinas Aviation Museum and enjoyed the relaxing views at Robert L. Smith District Park, perfect for anyone who loves a good city walk. The hotel is just a short drive away from the Billy Graham Library.

The lobby was brightly decorated and very inviting. The seating areas were comfortable and accessible, perfect for seniors like me wanting to relax after a day of exploring Charlotte.

The hotel's position was exceptionally nice, adjacent to Charlotte late for early morning meeting next day, a highway and the airport and the airport shuttle. Got a good breakfast offered.

Proximity to the airport is a major plus, but the condition of the hotel left much to be desired. Stains covered the carpet, and the bed sagged uncomfortably in the middle. Essential amenities like the TV remote were faulty, and there was visible debris on the floor.

We had a blast catching HBO shows before heading out to the Panthers game! The tv was awesome. The breakfast was solid, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great for a group of friends looking for a fun stay with good amenities.
One downside was that the carpet really needed cleaning. It felt a bit grimy.

They were quiet after 10pm, nice. Room was big enough but honestly, that's about it.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for, right?
